Ingot acts as an Employment Agency in relation to all recruitment services, as defined by The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. To carry out these services we need to obtain information from Clients and Candidates as well as prospective Clients and Candidates. For Clients this information includes any data provided to us in relation to recruitment services via phone, email, in person or otherwise. This will also include contact details of employees in relation to recruitment services. For candidates this will include any data provided by you to us in relation to recruitment services. This will include your contact details, your CV or any other information that could assist with your job search. This includes data provided via a job application, phone, email, in person or otherwise.

 

Data may be stored in our Database for the purpose of carrying out our recruitment services. This is a secure platform which is protected and has strict user access. We may disclose your personal information to potential employers for the purposes of providing our recruitment services. We keep records of past and present information to assist us in providing recruitment services. It is important to keep us up to date in any changes in relation to your data. We aim to hold data as long as required and regularly analyse the data to ensure it remains correct. Data held on our Database or via our website may be stored at a destination outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). All data held is stored on secured servers.
