I’m Gemma, Founder and specialist Legal Support Recruiter. I set up Ingot Legal Recruitment Ltd in 2024 after working in the sector for 12 years and having an extended maternity leave following my second child. I am genuinely passionate about connecting people and making sure this is done in an ethical and efficient way, creating a positive impact. Working at Ingot there are no looming targets and I have the freedom to work flexibly allowing dedicated time to preferred clients and candidates. I can truly say I love my job, and I hope this is reflected in the service I provide.
